KIPTAS

KIPTAS was founded in 1987 to create city planning and architectural projects with the help of foreign capital. It is a public subsidiary that has constructed approximately 75 thousand residences as part of the projects it has completed in various areas of Istanbul. Although housing production is its primary focus, it also provides urban transformation, real estate development, and consulting services.
