After Saim Kaya joined the company in the second generation, the company became more intensive and gained a new perspective. In 2000, they started investing in land and successfully completed the Kemer Country forest house and villa construction in Kastamonu Ilgaz Mountain Resort in 2001. The company continued to make an impact in the region with the Bey Kasri Mansions, which began as a new life plan in 2013. Their goal is to create value for Turkey in all areas and strive for higher achievements while recognizing the contribution of these values to the development of the nation.
