Yesil GYO was founded in Istanbul in 1997. The Company invests in real estate, real estate projects, real estate-based rights, capital market instruments, and capital markets, in line with the procedures and principles set by the Capital Markets Board's regulations on real estate investment trusts. The company may also establish ordinary partnerships to realize certain projects and engage in other activities permitted by CMB regulations. The company was established in Turkey and operates in Turkey. It does not have a decentralized organization. The company is registered to the CMB and its shares have been traded on Borsa Istanbul (“BIST”) since 1999.
