1. Galata Tower
originally built as an observation tower back in 1348, Galata Tower stands among the most visited places in Istanbul, it can offer a panoramic vista of Istanbul’s historic peninsula. you can reach it easily from Taksim square.
2. Taksim square
A major tourist and leisure district that is the heart of modern Istanbul. It hosts the republic momentum which inaugurated in 1928. In addition to many nice restaurants and cafes, there are mosques, churches, or even synagogues nearby.
3. Grand Bazaar
one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world, the grand bazaar hosts thousands of shops, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors daily which makes it one of the most visited places in the world. It belongs to Fatih district and it has a tram station.
5. princes’ Islands
- As one of the most visited places in Istanbul during summer, Büyükada is the most popular among the princes’ islands.
