FUZUL YAPI began with the expansion of Fuzul Holding, which was established in 1992 as Fuzul Automotive and began manufacturing branded housing in 2000. After being finished and delivered on time, the branded housing projects have quickly changed how people perceive quality and trust in production. Since its founding, it has broken ground on branded residences and shopping centers, among other commercial centers, and has since built more than 7,000 residential and commercial units. After completing projects in Başakşehir, Kartal, and Gaziosmanpaşa, it began a new one in Fatih, Kagithane, and Besiktas, the heart of Istanbul, and paid an average premium of 95% to its investors for the projects it carried out.
